Winter Weather Cancellation Policy

Connect with our facebook group (Sweet Momma Moms) and IG (Sweet Momma Yoga)  for updates regarding classes. You may also contact your teacher directly.

Missed Classes

We understand there are times where a student may miss a class due to a variety of reasons, unfortunately there are no refunds for a missed class. There are no makeup classes. While your teacher is the primary teacher of your registration, there will be substitute teachers on occasion. If there is ever a concern about a sub, please contact Elise Bowerman with your concern.

Refund Policy

We are eternally grateful for the popularity of our classes. Due to popularity pre-registration is required. We are reserving a spot just for you! As such, there are no refunds or credits offered.**

** If you are unable to complete a session due to a medical reason that will persist for the remainder of this session (i.e. incompetent cervix, pregnancy hypertension, risk of preterm labor, prolapse, etc.), or baby arrives early please provide a doctor’s note with medical reason and you may be eligible for a refund for the remainder of the session once a doctor's note is received.

Current Prenatal Yoga Student Due in Middle of Next Session

Contact your teacher by text or email privately prior to the current session ending if you'd like to save your spot in order to continue through this pregnancy. We encourage this!

You may continue to pay the special rate of $15/class (rather than the walk-in rate of $20) prior to the current session ending for however many classes you'd like to commit to. (Example: Pay 3 classes for $45 upfront via cash or check (made payable to Sweet Momma Yoga) prior to the current session ending.)

1. If you cancel your participation in a workshop 5 business days or more prior to the workshop date, you will receive a refund minus a 25% administration fee.

2. If you cancel your participation in a workshop less than 5 business days prior to the workshop date, there are no refunds and no credits (i.e. to be used for future workshop.)

- Thank you for your kind attention.

Where did everyone go?

You need more help after birth than before. When you’re pregnant, people open doors, carry things, and smile at how much you glow. Once baby comes, where do all those people go? You’re on your own now, expected to know everything, and take care of your baby like every other mom. As if doing it all yourself is some bullsh*t right of passage. We all love baby, but let’s not forget about mom.
